The holiday region Ederbergland is located in central Germany, on the edge of the Sauerland region, adjacent to the National Park basement Edersee. This detached holiday home is on the edge of Castle Forest and it is about 5 km from the center of Willersdorf district of Frankenberg (Eder) in Waldeck-Frankenberg in Hesse. The highest mountain of the castle Knebelsrod Forest (443 m) is only 15 minutes away (on foot). The town itself is situated high between 357-390 meters and has about 650 inhabitants.
