Maison de la Loutre is a detached chalet for 10 persons in Agnières-en-Dévoluy, between Grenoble and Gap.
The holiday house is situated between some other houses against the mountain. This chalet consists of the ground floor and 2 storeys and is suitable for 10 persons. The holiday property is nicely furnished and has a wood stove in the living room. You have access to a terrace and a garden where you can enjoy the sunshine or have dinner in the evenings with the family.
This area is ideal for families with children due to the fact that there are many restaurants and bars in the vicinity and various activities to do in the mountains. For example, you can go horseback riding, hiking in the mountains or take walks with a donkey. In the area one can practice many different exciting activities such as rafting, para sailing, bungee jumping or Via Ferrate. You can also visit the nice markets in order to buy souvenirs or local products. Also a lovely swim and practice water sports in Lac Serre Poncon at 1.5 hours driving is a possibility.
