You can reach the splendid woods, where walking is a real pleasure, in 5 minutes. The house has a large shared garden with terrace, barbecue and summer house. The garden produces excellent fruit. Masterhausen is between the Moselle and the Rhine. You can discover the famous areas of Cochem, Beilstein and Zell which are all nearby.
Burg Elz, Lorelei, the Museum of Precious Stones in Idar-Oberstein, Trier and Koblenz are all recommended attractions and well worth visiting.
