Pretty small-scale residence only 900m away from the village centre and the lake. The residence is connected to the centre of Lazise. the lake and beaches by a pedestrian path of ca. 900m. There are 16 apartments in total in this residence (with car parking space and a communal swimming pool). The apartment (on the 1st floor) is well decorated with garden furniture. satellite TV and washing machine. The holiday home also has a south-facing balcony (on the side of the swimming pool) and a small balcony to the north. In the centre of the village Lazise (ca. 900m) you will find many typical restaurants and shops. Gardaland (the largest Italian fun park) is less than a 10 minutes drive away. Verona is at 30 min.. Venice at 1.5h and Milan at 1h45.ATTENTION: the house can only be booked from Friday to Friday !The swimming pool is closed from 1pm - 3pm.
