Holiday house Carlo is situated 2.5 km from the centre of Villasimius, 400 m from the sea/sandy beach. The two-bedroom house of 60 m2 can accommodate up to six persons and offers air conditioning for an extra cost.
In the living/dining room you can watch satellite-TV and there is sleeping space for two persons on a sofa bed. The kitchenette is equipped with a dining table, four hotplates and a freezer.
There is one double bedroom and one room with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and toilet. Facilities: washing machine and safe. Relax on the covered terrace with terrace furniture, deck chairs and a barbecue. An outside shower is available.
Motor access to the house, 300 m via unmade road. Parking is available on the grounds. The complex consists of 5 independent cottages, close to each other, all with roof terrace accessible via outdoor stairs. 62 Km from Cagliari, 43 km from Quartu Sant'Elena. All shops, restaurants are in the resort.
