Featuring a terrace, garden house and a car port, this holiday home is a semi-detached house situated on the Gnitz peninsula on the island of Usedom. Ferienhaushälfte Lütow is just south of the town of Zinnowitz with its shops, cafes, sights and the Baltic Sea beach.
The accommodation has a small entrance hall leading to an open-plan dining area with an integrated built-in kitchen. A small hallway separates the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom which offers a shower and natural daylight.
Wooden stairs lead to the spacious and light-flooded living area. This features sloped ceilings and is an ideal place to relax in the evenings.
