This modern and comfortably furnished semi-detached holiday house (approx. 95 m2) is in a quiet location in the midst of the village of Wallersheim in the holiday region of the Prümer Land. The Prümer Land is characterized by forests and has a characteristic landscape which radiates an enormous amount of peace. The typical flora and fauna are still protected. especially in the nature reserve of the Hohes Venn. Throughout the year. the Schwarzer Mann. the highest mountain in the ski area of the same name. offers sports and relaxation. In addition. there are very well marked hiking trails for hikers in the Prümer Land. Interesting attractions in the region are. for example: the Schönecken ruins. the Emporer Lothar city of Prüm with its famous Abbey. the Eifel Zoo in Pronsfeld. etc.
