The Holiday Home Residencial L'Almunia IV Pego is a 4 room house on the upper floor, located on the district of L'Almunia, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 10 km from the sea. It has a swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, 01.01.-31.12) with built-in steps and a view of the mountains and the countryside.

The is a living/dining room with TV (flat screen TV), DVD. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, a micro wave and a freezer.

There are shops at 3km distance and a supermarket within 6 km, a restaurant is located 2 km away and a shopping center is located 15km. A sandy beach can be found 10 km away, as well as an 18 hole Golf course 20km away and a Tennis court is at a 3 km distance.

The house is at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Mediterranean Sea. A large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). The castle over the city has panoramic views. You can find the archeological and Etnological museums. Many religious and popular festivals. It is possible to take trips on the ferry to Ibiza (only 3 hours). There is a small tourist train "Limon Express" which goes from Denia-Benidorm-Alicante. Well linked town, 90 km north east of Alicante, 100 km south east of Valencia. There is easy access via highway and there is a train station in the town.
