Opened in 1978, the museum brings together documents and objects covering the signing of the Brazil / Japan Friendship Treaty (1895), the arrival of the first immigrants (1908). There is also a library and a collection of over 5,000 objects, 28,000 written documents (including diaries, books, newspapers, magazines) and about 10,000 photos related to Japanese immigrants.
- Admission: R $ 3,50 (5 to 11 years) and R $ 7 (free for children under 5 and over 65 years.).
