It has a large living/dining room with dining table, international TV channels, flat screen TV and DVD. It exits to the terrace. Its kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine. On the upper floor there are 3 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and 1 large room with 2 double beds.

For shared use there is a children's playground (slide, swing) and parking is possible by the house.

Supermarket and restaurant are in 12 km, bakers 8 km.

There are walking paths 10m from the house. Nearby attractions are Saint-Hubert 15 km, Bastogne 17 km. Hiking paths: Vallée de l'Ourthe et du Laval.

Please note that a car is essential.
