The Stronlossit Inn offers warm Highland hospitality in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with The Ben Nevis mountain range and Loch Ness nearby. Free private parking is available and Roy Bridge Rail Station is right next door.
A full breakfast and a lunchtime snack menu are available. The on-site restaurant/bar’s meals include some traditional Scottish cuisine and are served all day until 21:00. There are over 80 Malt Whiskies and Speciality Scottish Real Ales are also served. The Stronlossit is approved by Cask Marque and CAMRA, and is listed in the Good Beer Guide.
Rooms at the Stronlossit are decorated using neutral colours and they all feature a TV and an en suite bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided. WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.
The inn is set in the heart of the Highlands and just a 20-minute drive from the town of Fort William. Spean Bridge Golf Club is only a 6-minute drive away and the start of the Cairngorms National Park is less than 20 miles east of the inn. Being only a short distance from Fort William on the A86 makes the ideal location for exploring the Highlands. The entire area is perfect for hill walkers, climbers and ramblers. Eight miles towards the town of Fort William is the Nevis Range gondola-style cable cart running to a restaurant 2,300 ft up Aonach Mor. This gives access to the ski slopes in winter and sightseeing and walking in summer with stupendous views of the Great Glen and the Inner Hebrides. Restaurant Menu and Lounge Bar Menu served from 12.00 to 15.00,
and from 17.30 to 22.00.
Fresh Salmon, Trout and Lamb from Lochaber... typify the local produce that regularly features on the menu at the Stronlossit Hotel Restaurant. Delicious Highland fare is the order of the day, and the chefs at Stronlossit certainly know how to make the most of Scotland's natural larder.
