Extremely quiet three bedroom apartment for rent in Rome, on the first floor of a residential building with elevator, garden and private parking in Trieste Nomentano district.
The apartment opens into a foyer which leads to a spacious day area comprising both the living room with sofa and cable TV, and the dining area featuring a precious table for 6/8 persons dating back to the XVIII century. The reception room also has a large balcony. Opposite the day area a corridor takes to the fully fitted eat in kitchen, which comprises a 6-seater folding table.
The night area is composed of two bathrooms, the first one with tub and the second one with shower and washing machine. The three bedrooms, which overlook a quiet garden once part of a convent, offer respectively a double bed, a trundle bed and two single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobe.
