The house is located between the city Sesimbra, and the beaches of the Costa Bela, or Costa do Sol. The location of the house is in the proximity of the fishermans village Sesimbra (3km), the excursion destinations 'Cabo Espichel' and 'Serra da Arrábida' and the kilometer-long sandy beach 'Meco'. The city center of Lisbon is also not too far away, jus about 38km.

The holiday home features 3 bedrooms suitable for 5 people, 2 bathrooms, a living room and dining area with TV (satellite) and fireplace, a kitchen with oven/microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It is also equipped with airconditioning, and outside their is patio and a garden.
