On the ground floor it offers sitting room and an equipped kitchen; on the 1st floor it offers living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. It also has shared garden and shared swimming pool.
Montemor O Novo is about 7km from the holiday home and the small village of Reguengo disposes of a minimarket, a post-office and 2 café's serving light meals. Every 2nd Saturday of the month, a gipsy market takes place. In May and September 'feira's' are held; a sort of fair with loads of activities. Once a week, a cattle-auction of national importance takes place in Montemor. The apartment, with its location at the back of the Quinta and at approx. 150m of the communal swimming pool, is good in spring and autumn and for guests with pets.
You can find center in 5.0 km, public transport and restaurant in 8.0 km.
