Casa Grande do Serrado is an 18th century home with a typical Douro architecture and traditional painted ceilings. Set at 9 km from Peso da Régua, it is located at the heart of the Douro Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Peso da Régua is a 13-minute drive away and features the Douro Museum and the Casa do Douro as its most famed landmarks. Also in Peso da Régua, guests can take boat tours across the Douro. The nearest train station is in Alvações, a 12-minute drive away. Vila Real is a 25-minute drive away and features the renowned Casa de Mateus, with its quality wines and jams.
The Casa Grande is an 80-minute drive from the Porto International Airport. A shuttle service is available, at an extra fee.
