Place where was formerly a castro and a medieval fortress, mainly due to its wide view on the valley and its strategic location for surveillance and defense. It offers us a privileged view of the Monastery of Santo Estevo, the area of the mouth of the river Cabe and even, in the distance, of Monforte de Lemos.
