Possibly Romanesque monument, rebuilt in 1633.
It is located in Lugar do Paço in Águas Santas.

The Chapel has on its main altar the image of the Virgin of Guadalupe, made by a Spanish santeiro, to hold the Boy in one arm and in the other a baton. Its interior is lined with remarkable '' frescoes '', of seventeenth-century origin, alluding to the Lady and to the stages of the Passion of Christ.
To mention also the spacious chorus and an organ of tubes, built in 1827.
The patron saint of bullfighters has feasts in his honor on the 1st Sunday of September and in honor of the Child God on the 2nd Sunday of January.
