Located on the east coast of Mauritius lies Pointe du Diable, also known as Devils Point. Devils Point was a coastal artillery location with anti-ship cannons and fortifications created to protect invasions of enemies from the sea. Today, it remains as a historical viewpoint and a place to relax with the cannons and fortifications still holding firm. The site is easily accessible to everyone, if you are going from Mahebourg towards Flacq, you will definitely come across this coastal location.
