This very nice holiday residence is located at the edge of the centre of charming Mühlbach on a sunny slope. On the ground floor. which you have all to yourself. you have a spacious hall. a charming kitchen/diner. totally new but very unique and charming. constructed of old wood and possibility of heating by original tile stove. but at least three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with an infrared sauna. The large and spacious garden and terrace offer a fantastic view of the surrounding breathtaking mountains. In a few minutes you are in the middle of the village where the ski bus leaves for the surrounding ski areas of Kitzbühel and Bramberg. hiking. sledding and Nordic skiing are also available in the direct vicinity. In the summer. there is also plenty to do. the famous Krimml waterfalls. the Grossglockner route and the Gerlospas are all nearby. Warmly recommended!
