The hostel is close to the main bus and train station of Liepaja (a 15-minute walk away). The city centre can be reached in a 35-minute walk or a 5- to 7-minute drive. It is also easily reachable by public transport. The hostel staff will be more than happy to point out the historical locations by providing a map and a timetable of bus routes.
