Residence "Les Horizons" has 8 storeys and is situated in the centre of Lavandou, 50 m from the sea and the sandy beach. For shared use there is tennis (for a additional cost). In the house is an elevator. Reserved fenced parking space is available in the grounds.
In the studio you will find facilities like a TV, stove, oven and an iron. The living/dining room has exit to the balcony of 4 m2, which is in south facing position, with view of the sea. The studio is on the second floor and it is for non-smokers only. You are allowed to bring max. 1 small pet/dog with you.
Within 100 m you can find several shops, grocers and restaurants. A supermarket and miniature golf is 500 m away from the accommodation. Residence closed by an electric gate, with a watchguard on site.
