The tastes changed and for that reason the Fountain Rail was no longer a place of leisure for the wealthy Algarveans fed up with living by the sea, who looked for its iron waters to treat some diseases and today is a relaxing space, possessing a swimming pool and space reserved for picnic tables. Around it we can see cork oaks, palm trees, olive trees and wild vegetation.
