It is the first Plaza de Armas that the city of Pucallpa had, built between 1950 and 1951.
Intersection of the shreds Ucayali, Tacna, Tarapacá and December 9.
Highlights include the bust of the Peruvian naval hero Miguel Grau Seminario and a large clock that crowns a 25-meter tower, whose rotating beacon, in other times, served as a guide to the vessels approaching Pucallpa.
