The apartment is in the Mondego Valley in central Portugal, surrounded by nature and water. You can enjoy swimming in a large salt water swimming pool and in the river. There are interesting places in the area which are worth visiting, these include Tábua which is fifteen minutes away by car, Oliveira do Hospital and Santa Comba Dão, both twenty minutes away. The University of Coïmbra is 45 minutes away by car. The Serra da Estrela National Park, home of the highest mountain on the Portuguese mainland, is around 40 minutes away by car.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms suitable for 4 people, a bathroom, a living/dining room and a kitchenette. Internet access is available. Other facilities include a hearth (wood), a communal garden with garden furniture and a private terrace with a river view where you can relax in the sun or shade and enjoy the landscape.

You can enjoy walking in the national park, a variety of walking, cycling and driving routes in the immediate area. You can enjoy many water sports including wind surfing, kayaking and canoeing on the river. Equipment can be rented from the owner. You can also enjoy fishing, riding and mountain biking. Golfers can enjoy the 27-hole Montebelo Golf Club with its wonderful views. The club is around 35 minutes away by car.
