Let's think about the story that on March 27, 1528 and through their factors in Seville, Heinrich Ehinger and Hieronymus Sailer, the Augsburg Commercial House of Bartholomaus and Antonio Welser signed a contract with the Spanish Crown: the so-called ´´ Capitulation´´, on the conquest and colonization of Venezuela, since he established himself as the future governor of Venezuela with the merchants of Los Welser in Santo Domingo (today Ciudad Trujillo), the German Ambrosio Alfínger (Ambrosius Dalfinger), who in 1529 founded Coro y Maracaibo.
