This charming Victorian guest house is situated in the heart of Ilfracombe’s picturesque Heritage Harbour and on the route of the South West Coast Path.

Dating from 1896, the building retains many original Victorian features, with its central staircase and sash windows still in place alongside the house's numerous updated and modern facilities.
Full English breakfasts are available in the morning, alongside a wide choice including home-made smoothies, fresh haddock, poached eggs or vegetarian breakfasts. Ilfracombe's picturesque harbour area is steeped in legends of pirates, wreckers and smugglers and has retained much of its old world charm. There are inns dating from the 14th century, narrow winding streets, colourful cottages, interesting shops, tea rooms, a lifeboat station, restaurants and breathtaking coastal scenery.
The range of interesting things to see and do in the area is almost endless: day trips to Lundy Island, coastal cruises, fishing from the pier, sandy beaches, zoos, theatres, golf courses, manor houses, formal gardens and much more.
