The Present is located on the northern end of the famous Daehak-ro Street, full of student-run theatres and local cafés. The hostel provides complimentary continental breakfast between 08:00 and 09:00 daily, and offers ticket service for seasonal concerts and plays in the neighbourhood.

All rooms at The Present has air-conditioning and heating systems. Bathrooms and toilets are shared for all rooms while free toiletries and hairdryers are provided.
