The traditional village of Paradela do Monte in Louredo, as the name implies, is a village perched halfway up the mountainside, healthy, and gracefully mountainous.
A cool village in the summer and cold in the winter where snow has often isolated it. Here the eloquent silence of the mountain reigns, the unscathed altar of Mother Nature, who rules and dictates her laws.
